With I could give a zero honestly. I am not sure if this is her name or not but I believe it's Pam. She was the only person in the store at the time so I'm assuming she's on the management team. While traveling I stopped there and bought a speaker. But as soon as I went outside I played it and the sound quality was awful, so I went straight back in and wanted to return it and get another kind of speaker. & before she was being a little hateful towards me with her tone of voice but this time she was making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. And she kept on mumbling under her breath. When she took the speaker back to try & return it I let her know that there were scratches on it & she said well there shouldn't be any on there & made ot seem like I did it. & I had just opened it to try it & withing 3 mins I was back in to return it. After she took it from me she threw it on the ground and it hit hard & no she didn't drop it she threw it like she was angry. After that I was uncomfortable and apologized for inconvenienceing her, multiple time throughout our interaction I apologized to her cause I felt that I was bothering her. Anyways she kept on telling me that there was somthing wrong with the computer & it wouldn't let her do it so I offered her advice on what to do since I've worked as an assistant manager at dollar general & she ignored all of my suggestions..she did this for about 45 mins to an hour...& I was traveling so I didn't want to stay any longer and just told her to give the speaker back & I'd return it somewhere else. & I did, here in minnesota & the lady who helped me took 3 minutes to get it returned. So that let me know that the lady who works at this location was just being an asshole for no reason at all.    Read moreI must say I've been a lot of places but never have I had a manager get upset because I bought a lot of clearance items. I thought that was the purpose. I'm a bargain shopper so when I see a great deal I'll buy it all. The manager came to the front and asked the cashier what's taking so long and she said was ringing up customers. Instead of the manager being happy they were getting rid of the clearance she went around the removing all the clearance signs and as she removed them she said this is taking to much time and there isn't going to be anymore clearance. I thought that was very rude but I let it slide and chalked it up to she was having a bad day. I returned to this store today to realize that this how she is all the time. The sign read 50% off and it will be taken off at the register. As soon as the cashier started ringing up my the manager asked if she needed help. The sign should have said priced as mark but it didn't. She began to get loud because she remembered me from a few days ago, saying I'm not marking it lower that's the price. I showed her the sign and she just kept saying I'm not marking it down any lower. She's trying to understand why it's taking the cashier so long and that had nothing to do with me. She was unable to ring up the clearance item is what she told me but as I left she put the item back into the cart outside. Rented a rug doctor and had a coupon for $5 off. They wouldn’t honor the coupon either even though it had not expired and was for the exact rental. Unhelpful and incompetent staff.
