I made a purchase from H.O.E. last year based on reviews and good things being said about your place and everything went well. Running all Garmin units for a couple years but wanted to add a Humminbird unit for a couple reasons after seeing the Xplore release. I contacted H.O.E. by phone to make sure this unit was in stock before ordering, the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. After placing the order of over $2000 dollars, I had forgotten to make sure the unit would run on my 16v system I already have in place. So I called back and same nice and helpful lady answered, I asked her if the unit would operate on 16v. She said that's a question she'd have to ask someone else (naming him). As I'm on the phone with her she asked him if the Xplore would run on 16v. Plain as if he had the phone in his hand I heard his hateful response " tell him call Humminbird, he ain't coming here to me" That was a simple yes or no answer that could've been given! Definitely after someone just spent over $2000 dollars with you. I know that's not much to a company but that's a lot of money for me and based on that personal customer service experience, I highly doubt I'll be shopping at...

I walked in and was blown away on how helpful they are. I had them install my livescope and they walked me through what to do and what to expect. They took only 1 day to get it in and the install was flawless! I’ve had other work done and it was good but this was top notch! It just so happened that my trailer broke down as I left. One of the employees came by and knew I needed help he offered to go back and get a floor jack for me to get my tire off. When he got back him and the owner showed up and took it upon themselves to get the tire off and diagnose the issue. My brakes seized and we had to get the brakes disengaged so they gave me the tool and sent me on my way. I didn’t have any cash on me for the part but they said they don’t want to have a customer broke down and they told me to just get home safe. I’ve never been treated so well for just being a customer. Between the install and them pulling me out of a bind I am forever grateful. I can honestly say Brig and his crew are top notch people that run Hennessey outdoor electronics.I will say the cost of electronics can be overwhelming but after sitting and talking to Brig he walked me through the process of what I didn't need to make it where I could get exactly what I wanted with out having to get a smaller unit or having me to settle with something I really didn't want. Today I left with brand new Minn kota ultrex 80 lb spot loc 1222 garmen Livescope and had to replace a total scan transducer for my lowrance plus they installed me wirh the right battery for my units and nobody could come close to what he saved me.If you're looking to upgrade or just starting out you need to talk to these guys before you...
