Only came in for a door dash order (which you were out of the one item the customer wanted) lady in the pic was bothered by the fact I had no idea that I was supposed to sign the clipboard and wan even more bothered by the fact I didn't see the pen that was on the other side of another thick book on the counter. I really apologize for disrupting whatever thing she was watching on her phone. Old rule of being employed places is if you have time to lean you have time to clean... she could have treated me with a little more couth and a nicer attitude.. she sure as heck would not like to be treated the way she treated me. You might want to rethink the first attitude you want your customers seeing as they walk in the door. I may be door dash but I am a potential customer since we also have a business license... but because of her.. you will not get...

I asks for store manager, I was told no manager in store. Restaurant Depot opens during business out no manager on duty? Clarks finally told me the Store manger name is Mike, and Clerk---Sabina tried to answer but she wasn't equipped to do but refuse to transfer or know her Regional office number to give when I ask(from the beginning). Clerk Sandy, I told, I should not shop at the store, and she hung up on me. I called back they refuse to pick up my phone.... wow. If Mike is store manager, he has trained his stuffs better. They insisted to answer that they don't know about it, then refuse to transfer or give information to department or phone number to call. Poor Customer services.... Told customers to go shop somewhere else? I have to call and follow up with them head-office.. Chicago or NY... or post in...

I wanted to shop here for my cottage bakery. When I showed up they wouldn’t take the photo of my business license online, and told me that wouldn’t work. I live 3 hrs away couldn’t go get it. When I explained that I was shopping for my cottage bakery she said that didn’t count. I was like it’s a registered food buisness & I’m registered with the tax department so how does it not? Ended up just leaving, the person working the desk was absolutely no help. I figured out I could have atleast been given a day pass, but the woman just acted bothered & condescending the whole time she was dealing with me. Wish I would have gotten her name. Update: I ended up going through other reviews, & someone else posted a review with the employee (took a photo of her) I’m talking about, and how they have had a bad experience...
