I had a mixed experience here. The gentleman that was working tonight was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly (on the phone and in person).

The woman who greeted me (Shannon or Sharron, I believe), was not. I had just left Kush Gardens (they were sold out of what I wanted) and there I was told that I was aloud to just present my temporary license (the laminated one you get from the DMV while they send your new one) as id and that this was new, as they were not allowed to before. I tried to inform her of this as I looked through my purse for my old id.

I stated, "I was just at Kush Gardens and they said..." and she cut me off and said, "well go there then". She must've assumed I did not have the other id (which I did) and was trying to get out of it or something because I was an airhead and stuck the old id behind some cards and it was talking a while to find it and I offered my school id. I totally get why she would think I didn't have it at this point but that doesn't give cause for rudeness and she was extremely rude.

When you work in customer service you should really try to be nice to your customers. I could have been a new customer, told my classmates about them, and promoted their business, instead it's the opposite.

I will not be returning but definitely give a thumbs-up to the guy that was working tonight (I wish i would have gotten his name) he was awesome, I have zero complaints about him, even if he hated me I couldn' tell, that's what good customer service is all about. 👏

P.s. do not buy gorilla glue (gg) from any shop in this...

DO NOT miss out on this gem! I've lived in Mesa county less than a year. In that time I've visited all of those few dispensaries on this most western side of the state. Including the 1 medical. (I hold a medical card) Most are good, some are ok. But I've found Elk Mountain, has been hands down the absolute best. A truly relaxed and human experience, is happily provided by owners and staff. You will be thrilled here. Dirt grown, organic... makes a vast difference to the discernible connoisseur. They are very well versed in the healthy & organic options. And offer the very best prices in the valley. They go out of their way to ensure you are receiving the most effective remedy to suit your very personal needs.

Staff is top notch and it's so comfortable and clean, you'll wish you could pull up a stool and hang out a while.

I was in the shop the same day as the incident with Nicholas Halmerl , here's what really happened!!!! I was in line in front of him we waited around ten minutes, I was called to the counter moments before him. The budtender that came from the back to help very upbeat and in a great mood said " can I see your ID?" How's your day?"what can I help you with?" Then it begins! Nicholas Halmerl says I want so much of such product, budtender replies " I apologize we sold out of that product" in which the rude Nicholas Halmerl became loud and stated "that's false advertisement! " that's a big NO NO you could get in trouble with the better business bureau" you need to take it off your board" getting louder continues to ridicule the budtender who keeps his cool and apologizes again. But Nicholas Halmerl is not done yet he continues " I'm in retail I know the rules " this goes on for several minutes while the line grows and people patently wait there turn. The budtender calmly says " sir I'm going to have to ask you to leave" . The staff handled the situation amazingly! I am a true regular here I come in several times a week love the staff ,shop,owner they are always in a great mood, service is amazing and there product is the best they're is!!!!!!!!
