While some people may not agree with my perspective, that is okay. I purchased some furniture under the '6 month same as cash pay' for my office. I am also local to De Queen. Earlier in the year I experienced significant personal emotional stress after the death of both of my parents and professionally there was a nationwide cyber attack that prevented my business from getting revenue for services we provided. I kept Don's EZ Pay up to date of what was going on and I did the best I could to keep up with my payments. Because I did not have the furniture paid off in that 6 month period, despite my attempts with everything going on personally and professionally, they will not honor the same as cash pay and I now have to pay the full amount. While that may be in the contract and what I agreed to, under the circumstances, I would have hoped that they would be flexible, considerate, and show compassion by honoring the original agreement but they will not. As such I will never purchase anything from them again nor will I refer anyone to purchase from them.
