Completely unprofessional and argumentative.

I placed a order with Sheba Nails on April 12th and now 2 days later, the order showed as “Label Created - Awaiting Item” so naturally I call to follow up. Someone answered the phone and gave some line about how the package was already dropped off the same day it was ordered and the Post Office hasn’t scanned them in yet. False. I own a business myself and use USPS for shipping and it will say it was accepted by the facility if she dropped them off. Once I called her out, she because really defensive and argumentative when I didn’t believe her and asked for a refund. She then hung up the phone in my face. I called back and she immediately picked up and said “We refunded your money” and hung up in my face again. Absolutely luv this store! The staff is super helpful,knowledgeable&friendly. I was excited to know you don't have to have a license to shop here. So far the Prices are way more affordable than other online prices and the quality of their Sheba Products are really good. Their odorless monomer is actually ODORLESS! I've tried so many others that said the same but still had a strong scent. They also carry a monomer neutralizer.They have tons of color acrylic powders,glow in the dark,gel,gelacrylic and more. I love this place not only for the amazing products that I’ve purchased from them and I’ve bought a lot of stuff 😂🙈 but because of the fast shipping and amazing service . They don’t deny you if you’re licensed because they know a lot of nail students and or just enthusiast need products too . I love ordering from sheba because I can order a 32oz monomer and get it two days later even in COVID so I hope this place never goes away and I can’t wait until in store shopping is allowed ! I would love to drive a couple hours to meet who takes care of this...
