I retained Florida Living Quarters over the summer to remodel and completely furnish a 2,100 square foot luxury condo I had purchased in downtown Orlando and I could not be happier.

Based on my taste and general thoughts, Erika put together several initial design concepts for me to look at. All were very good and together we decided on the best overall design for my budget.

Erika worked closely with me over the following weeks as various choices had to be made regarding paint colors, light fixtures, window treatments, furniture, and many others. Her input and experience was invaluable in ensuring that what we selected fit well together and flowed well.

Erika and her entire team kept me informed on timing, progress, etc throughout the entire process and was always very accommodating and responsive. In addition, her relationships with third party vendors and contractors kept the process moving on schedule. I always felt that Erika views this project as if it were her own home and took great pride in making sure everything was done top notch.

In the end the condo came out even better than I had hoped (which is saying a lot because I can be very critical) and I most certainly could not have done it without her to say nothing of the great burden she took off my shoulders given my hectic schedule.

In summary, I give Erika and her entire team my highest endorsement and would absolutely use her again. If you are looking for the best at comparable rates to her "competitors" then look no further. Thanks you...

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. I went there to try to furnish my new house in a fashionable way but I couldn’t regret it more. Erica is very unprofessional and doesn’t even listen to people’s taste or thoughts as if we won’t be living in the house. She kept saying that I will get you the furniture from all over the US and you find the same thing in other basic furniture stores and she is charging the double and triple for the same stuff. When I decided not to move forward and confronted her with finding the furniture in other basic stores, she refused to give my down payment back ( even though she literally didn’t work in the house..she just showed me some pictures that I didn’t like) and acted in a very unprofessional way. When my husband and I moved into our new residence in Lake Forest, we sought out Ericka to help us design the interior of our new house. After doing a walk-through of our new residence, she immediately went to work coming up with creative ideas to help us bring out the unique contours of each room. After working closely with Ericka for several months, she was able to come up with a custom design plan for every room in our house, keeping us apprised of the progress every step of the way. Like any project we encountered some challenges; however, Ericka and her team were always quick to respond and address any questions or concerns that we had. The level of customer service she provided made us feel like we were her number one priority and we loved all of her work.
