Rental unit was super-easy to sign-up for and rent on their website. Almost instant move-in after the contract is signed (also done online). Unit was clean. Door functions properly and latch works. I supplied my own lock. Gravel driveways around buildings well maintained. Company keeps me updated by email and since I don't use auto-pay, the monthly emailed invoice comes in handy. When I rented, a promotion was in place to save half on the second month's rent. It was applied automatically to the balance due that month. Great company to deal with. I haven't had any issues...

The online rental process was very easy to do. I did have to call in and talked to a very informative lady who was very helpful. The unit we currently rent is a 10x20 and very clean. It's easy to get to and the parking lot is easy to get around. I do think the price is a little high compared to other places I've checked but there were no availabilities in those other places. Our American Way storage facility is conveniently located. The lot is well maintained. We have never had water in our locker. They are great to send payment reminders via email and they send those reminders early enough that you have plenty of time to send your payment through the mail, if that is your preferred payment method.
