I used to rave about this place because the Doctors the actually listened and worked with you to mange your health condition. I have MS and along with my Neurologist my pcp was a very integral part of my care team. Until my pcp retired that is. since then the new doctors and at least one nurse practitioner just don’t truly listen to what your saying and they have been very dismissive to some of my needs. Now the communication has falling off even further with changing meds without even bothering to talk to me about the change leaving me to figure it out for myself. Worse yet some of the notes that have been mad in my chart because the haven’t truly listened and have been dismissive will make it difficult for me to search for a new pcp the genuinely cares about there patients. I am fairly certain it don’t have a target on my back but it most certainly feels like it.
I will give a shout out to the nursing staff though they are all top notice and very attentive to you when you’re there and even over the phone. Honestly it’s the only reason I haven’t moved on yet.
To say the least I am very disappointed in the new physicians level of empathy and compassion towards there patients. I heard of a similar story in addition to me so I know it’s not just me.
It truly saddens me that this once great clinic has inspired me to write...
Read moreI am always or usually greeted by Lisa who sits in front of the office. She is always kind and checks me in. The Nurses are considerate and caring. They listen to what is going on and share that with the Dr. or NP. Whatever I maybe seeing them for that day, they go above and beyond to help me find out what is going on if I’m not sure. I always appreciate the care, understanding and empathy I receive plus the professionalism from everyone. This even goes down to, (to make it simple for all to understand), the wonderful lady who draws blood. She is magnificent!!! I am a super super hard draw!!! If she cannot get it, which is rare, she only tries twice. I encourage all patients, (as a Nurse and patient myself), to always confide in your doctors and staff. They are there to help. Be your own advocate. If you cannot, have someone in your family help you. I do respect this office because they do explain what is going on. Although I understand a lot about the medical field, many do not. If you do not understand something ask. I have really appreciated the care I have received and thank each and...
