IN and OUT Convenience Store — Local services in Decatur

Called to order food and was asked to wait on hold. No problem. After sitting on hold for 10-12mins w no check in I hang up thinking they were busy and forgot. I called bac and no one even said hello, just placed me bac on hold. So I hang up and call bac once again. The man answered and asked’ “are you the one who keeps calling back?” I say yes, and he proceeds to hang up in my face. I call back because I CANNOT BELIEVE they jus hung up on a customer who mind u politely waited on hold. He answered and I asked why I was hung up on and he say’s because I kept calling and hanging up. I told him I only hung up because I was left on hold and thought that they had forgotten about me being on hold. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Customer service comes FIRST! As far as the convenience store it self I would say the customer service there is tolerate... when the store has to many people and to busy, things get a little outta place. Especially since they are a convenience store and take out business. I had to wait 20mins for my food when I was told I was told it will be ready in 10 mins..
