Went in with several kids today for an afternoon treat. One of them asked for a cone which I had stated to the worker while ordering said ice cream. When we were given the ice cream in a cup, i just said that it was supposed to be in a cone, no big deal (so i thought). Employee wants to tell me I didn't ask for a cone. I responded at this point calmly that I did in fact ask for a cone. She then tells me again that I did not. At this point I ask for the cone again and tell her this is unnecessary and a simple "OK no problem" or "I'll fix it," would have been better than arguing over whether she thinks I did or didnt in front of all these kids. Service was unremarkable. The young lady making my ice cream barely said a word to me through the entire process. The ice cream alone was delicious, but the topping was not as advertised. I ordered the Dough-lightful Peanut Butter and the peanut butter cups were disgusting, which ruined the flavor of the entire dessert. They were definitely not Reese’s peanut butter cups. Very good ice cream we had cups with the ingredient is free $ .99 for each additional ingredients service was very good there are lots of choices for special mixtures.
