Nice facility but there needs to be a way to dim the lights for evening events. They are either fully own or completely off. Fully on was too harsh for the event setting. Nice rental venue with room for 1,000+ people right by the Tennessee River. It is nice in cool weather but the fans can't keep up with an Alabama hot and humid summer. It would be so much better in the summer if they would put some AC in there and they would probably increase their summer rentals...
