Steal of money, Do not waste your time with this people, went here with and iPad and a phone with water damage and he said $318 which I agreed somehow he “fixed” the phone and I asked him to transfer my data from that phone to my new phone while he was doing it he realized the phone he fixed Bluetooth and WiFi were not working his words were “oh my mess it up” I told him there’s no point for me to get the phone like this because it’s not gonna work have him another day and nothing and he didn’t even tried to fixed it he said I already transfer your data and that’s gonna be $100 dollars + I took my stuff to them on Monday I went there last time Thursday overnight and he didn’t had my iPad ready yet, like I now they couldn’t just fix the phone screen to transfer my data but he should have said before doin it that the WiFi and Bluetooth were not gonna work well I learned my lesson never going...

Had a great experience at MyCell. Kevin & Mo were very professional. I originally came in to get a new battery but it ending up being other parts that needed replacing. 1 being the back of my iPhone 14 Plus. Mo however didn’t have the exact color for the back, but he told me I could come back to get it put on for free, no charge. I don’t know why this place has any bad stars because his very professional and he knows what he’s doing. I’ll be coming back in the future for sure.

Update: 5/14/25 I came back & he put my original color back on for free, as he stated that he would.

FYI when I left a couple of days ago, he had to put on a red back until the replacement came in because mines was shattered. When I say he fixed everything inside & outside of my phone, he fixed everything including tap which I thought I had to go to the Apple Store in order...

Went to get my phone repaired this morning. Online and on the building it says they open at 9am Monday- Saturday. They were not open yet as of 9:15, so I left. The gentleman did arrive sometime after 9:15. I went back to get the phone repaired and was offered very helpful service and he answered any question I had. I chalk this up to good help is hard to find and I applaud the man for driving up from Birmingham when his employee called in to make sure he was taking care of his customers. The went from 1 star to 5 stars solely on his customer service....
