We bought a truck from State Line and had an issue with the truck a couple weeks after purchase. I called Caleb up on a Monday morning to explain what was going on. He did some checking and called me back within 10 minutes. He scheduled to get the truck into a dealership as soon as they could look at it. Dealership checked it out and found the issue, but wanted to check something more after letting the truck sit over night. I live an hour away, so Caleb made sure I got a loaner to get home. I had scheduled an in home windshield replacement but due to the weather and my underground parking was too low, I had to reschedule for an on-site appointment. But the technician was very friendly and kind.

On the day of my appointment, the front desk person was nice but the place was definitely small and not kid friendly. However, Goodwill was just next door so we went there.
