Mike is THE MAN!! We don't shop for mattresses anywhere else. We've bought 3 sets so far, and we fully plan on going back if and when any of them need replaced.

He's so knowledgeable, you tell him what you want and he has something for you, and way cheaper than any of those chain stores up by Walmart.

I'm pretty particular about my mattress, I want an old fashioned box spring, firm, with just a bit of padding on top. He pulled out exactly what I asked for, had me lie down, I was in heaven! - And the price tag was under 200 dollars!

My roommate likes his a bit squishier, with that memory foam stuff, Mike helped him try out nearly a dozen mattresses that fit the bill until they found the one he wanted.

When my boyfriend moved in, he helped us try a number of mattresses together, slowly zeroing in on what we wanted.

I recently purchased a mattress set from Mattress Warehouse of DeKalb and am very pleased with the experience. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I spent a couple of months on the Internet researching mattress, so I believe what he told me was the truth and that I learned a lot. I was looking for a good quality mattress for a cheap price (as mattresses go). From the outside Mattress Warehouse doesn't look like the typical mattress store, which is probably why I was able to get such a good price. And to top it off, Mattress Warehouse has a fabulous deliveryman, Dell. He was patient, listened to and answered all of my questions and concerns, and took away the packaging. Disappointed.... The owner seemed pretty helpful when I needed to purchase a part for a bed. However, I needed to make a return and that’s when things became uncomfortable. The owner told me he wasn’t going to give me a full refund. He was keeping the percentage that he is charged by the credit card company. When I asked for a full refund I was told that I don’t understand people trying to make a living. I countered with an explanation that I am also trying to make a living and I would like a full refund. So, I had the privilege of listening to him mumble about my apparent lack of understanding why he should keep some of my money. We always support small businesses.
