UPDATE: The wedding food was AMAZING! Guests were raving about it all night. David and his team were so great and really went above and beyond to provide high quality food and service. Highlights were definitely the birria tacos, sopapillas with apple compote, and the french fry bar during the dance! Can honestly say this was the best wedding catering I've ever had.

Tasting Review: Had the opportunity to tag along for a wedding tasting, and it was such a wonderful experience! David really created a welcoming and comfortable environment for our group. He was able to get a feel for what my sister and her fiancé envisioned for their wedding day and was prepared with options and ideas. The food was top notch and showcased a variety of flavors and styles. Our group absolutely loved the beet and goat cheese crostinis as well as the flat top grilled tacos. After a few bites, we could tell the bride and groom were absolutely sold! I really can't say enough good things and I'm so excited for David and his team to join us on the big day...

We had the pleasure of having David and his team cater our wedding this past weekend and cannot say enough amazing things about them! From showing up early to give the bridal party snacks, to the delicious taco bar and late night fries, everything tasted just as great as it did when we had our tasting back in the spring. It’s hard to get my dad to eat out of his comfort zone, but he even went up for seconds! David is great to work with for food allergies- we had so many people come up to us saying they normally can’t eat very much at weddings due to their allergies but could eat pretty much anything on this menu! I’ve attended countless functions catered by the SLV Food Company, and not one disappointed. From Mexican to Mediterranean, this group does it all, and in style! They always source the freshest, highest quality, and most seasonal ingredients for dishes grown close to home in the SLV and from across Colorado. Don’t even get me started on the food cart, a beacon of burrito and noodle light in the corner of this world! I’ve been on a homemade kombucha and vegan breakfast burrito bender ever since they opened up shop, and there’s truly no turning back for me. Dave’s salsa will absolutely blow your mind.
