Exotic Smoke Shop — Local services in Delanco Township

Yesterday I was overcharged on my card by 200$ I didn't notice until later that night after the shop was closed. I went next morning, I explained to the owner and he investigated the situation and found the transaction. I tell you this guy was so concerned, apologetic and helpful. The empathy he displayed for my situation you can tell it was an HONEST mistake. We all make mistakes so I wasn't angry. My bank wanted to dispute the charges and it would take up to 30 to 90 days for the 200$ to be posted on my card. BUT this Stand up guy said let the transaction stay, here is cash!!!! Right there he gave me the 200$ over charge back in cash. He even offered a few free low cost items. That is TRUE customer service and owning up to your mistake. That was my third time there and the prices are fair and they have almost everything you think a smoke shop should have. The atmosphere is nice , the customer service is great and honest and they bargain with you. I will continue to shop here. Best smoke shop...

Went in today for the first time in my lunch break, and I have to say this was the best experience. Staff is beyond amazing and friendly. They have the best selection of vapes! 100 out of 10 will be going back for anything I need for my vape needs. There is honestly so much stuff that I didn’t get a chance to check everything out, but if you can’t find it they will get it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for the pleasant experience and will be stopping back...

This shop has an awesome selection of stuff products!! Alot of stuff I've NEVER seen in a shop and that Ive always had to order special online. I hate giving out info online for stuff like that so this is my one go to spot for a few different things
