The free shipping option "USPS Ground" is USPS Parcel Select. This is the slowest and cheapest shipping option available. Calling this service "USPS Ground" is misleading and because of it I've been waiting 2 weeks for my order to travel just 200 miles. Instead, it has been traveling to incorrect destinations. This is an inconvenience, but when approaching customer support to bring the issue to their attention, no help was offered. An appropriate action would be to have the package traced, returned to sender, and shipped again with a viable shipping option. Especially since they advertise "Fast Shipping". I was simply directed to their shipping policies page which had typos and language that further confused the situation. I brought this to their attention. Because no attempt was made to satisfy my customer service needs when I felt misled, my package lost, and their policies incorrectly written, I will be avoiding business with RMRC...
   Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service experience!! You can't call and get a live person to get a quick answer. I called multiple times which takes you to a menu that no matter what, forces you to leave a VOICEMAIL. Which I did, no reply.
Also submitted a support email online, which they say you'll get a quicker response... nope it's been over 5hrs now.. no response.
I called other RC stores around town and they at least picked up the phone and gave me SOO much customer ATTENTION. I'm never going to give this place...

Both orders were shipped the following day. RMRC provided excellent notification as I received an email that my order was received, when it was shipped and confirmation that my order was delivered. Can't ask for better customer service. ...
