Yelp thank you for introducing us to the Federal Twist Vineyard located in Stockton, New Jersey!

Greeted warmly at the entrance!

Beautiful property with indoor and outdoor seating.

Dog friendly- saw many customers with leashed dogs.

This was a fantastic Yelp event! Took my forever plus one, my hubby.

We each enjoyed a flight of wine. Hubby enjoyed the trio- red, rose & white. I enjoyed the white flight- My favorite was the HEY BETT!! ♥️

The charcuterie board was a great combo of cheeses, fruits, meats! Loved the chocolate too.

There was live music 🎵! And across the field, there were 2 donkeys!!

Board games and cards available too.

We were enjoying ourselves so much! Awesome vibes and weather!

We decided to order the

Whipped goat cheese with hot honey board It definitely had a spicy 🌶️ kick! And the pulled pork sliders! Yum!

I enjoyed 2 more glasses of the Hey BETT! Cheers!

And for dessert, Sandy's Scoops APPLE PIE & CARAMEL ICE CREAM Made with apples from Phillips' Farm. Perfect sweet treat!

Really disappointed with our experience here a few days ago.This place charges a $5.00 per person cover charge to “enter” the property. When we asked to discuss this with the owner and expressed our surprise to her, she was rude and very dismissive. She said it was to cover the cost of the musician playing down in the field about 500 yards away. It was a very hot day and we were not interested in “standing” outside to listen to a one man band with a crackly sound system. No music was piped into the building where we were sitting so we felt there was no need for the cover charge for being in the building to purchase wine. We ordered two flights, and the wine was average at best. There is nothing special about this place except the cover charge to enter to see a solo singer down field. It felt like money grab and the owner knew it and as much as said so when we spoke with her when she said somedays they don’t even break even for the singer. Save your money and visit other great wineries in the area (there are many!) that have better wines, are more welcoming to guests and don’t have a silly money grab at...

STOCKTON: Nestled in the Hunterdon County countryside, just up the road from the Delaware River, The Federal Twist Vineyard is a charming, family-run winery with a brand-new tasting room. We were graciously invited by Jessica, one of the owners, to experience their dog friendly spaces, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.

Leashed pups are welcome at the outdoor patio when it is quieter, and during busier times you can settle into a front-row spot on the lawn to enjoy live music. Their wines are crafted right on the property, and you can choose from tasting flights, glasses, or bottles, plus a tasty menu featuring charcuterie boards.

We enjoyed both red and white flights along with a hummus board, all delicious and served by Karen, who made our visit extra special with her attentive service. Do note: during live music and events, you will need to head indoors to order while the pup stays outside.
