I went in around 4:30 yesterday and purchased a drink. The credit card machine gave me the prompt for cash back and I pressed yes. Soon after,the cashier (Who was an older woman with glasses and a blondish/brown Bob hairstyle) rudely informed me that she could not do cash back at her register but she would do it "This one last time". She then points to a sign taped to the register that did in fact say "no cash back". As I'm walking towards the door I hear her mumbling under her breath so I said "Sorry",fairly sarcastically. She then says something to the effect of "Why couldn't you just read the sign"?. To which I replied "Ok. But do you have to be so rude about it!?
