Subway — Restaurant in Delcambre

We went yesterday and ordered 3 subs. My 7yr old got food posing from the meatballs. I called today to tell them they may wanna pull them. I was told "it's not their problem and there's no way it was from them". Uumm excuse me when a kid is throwing up undigested bread,lettuce, meatballs and tomato yes it's y'all problem. A friend of a friend also said the health department shut them down for a few days bc they failed inspection. I wasn't gonna come and complain but one I was told "that's not our problem!" Well now it is. It's not like I asked for a refund I just wanted them to be aware so someone else kid or anyone for that matter didn't get sick. They need to shut it down and deep clean and a whole new team...

There were 2 workers in there at the time, one older, one younger. The younger one didnt seem like she wanted to work, walking outside 3 times, ordering pizza next door on her shift, wearing pajamas to work and clogs, and playing on her phone in the prep room. Employees were both on break at the time we visited and the older on that went make our food never washed her hands between playing with her phone, eating, and then going prepare our food. As a food manager myself, I understand that the hourly workers are usually never the ones with the Servsafe, but not once did they wash their hands before even going back to their own food.
