I enjoy the prices for bulk items like paper towels/T-paper and a number of jarred items/condiments/cold cuts and some dairy goods. Their phone salesmen are very helpful at their kiosk.
Most of my posts are complimentary but I will always provide honest and helpful notice to fellow consumers, for which this site is designed.
My reasons for apprehension about going there are mainly because the staff at the front check out consistently are terse and rush patrons, and they refuse to listen when one would like to bag/pack own items in their cart. I have had my bread and some fruit previously crushed when they insist on doing this. I deliberately go there in the mornings on weekdays when it's not terribly busy but, no matter, this behavior continues.
A woman offering samples once yelled at me when I had questions. I now feel reluctant to try new items as a result.
This repeated experience there leaves me with the impression that staff members there are stressed, rushed, and told to move patrons through there as fast as possible, like cattle, without reference to kindness and service. This upsets me more for the predominantly elderly clientele who frequent this Costco, and for myself. I feel aggravated even just approaching the checkout there. No matter how prepared I try to be, several cashiers there are rude and not concerned with how this affects the customers.
I can honestly say that I have to really think about my list of things needed and if I would rather just pay more at Publix and avoid the nonsense. Renewing my membership next year will be considered...

Finally when an employee finally cake you front by the name of David he proceeded to yell at my father and told him to wait up front in a rude condescending way. I immediately asked to speak to the manager he pointed to the back and said go find him his name is mike. As I proceeded to walk where the rude employee(David) pointed he started yelling telling me How for Iām allowed to walked. I asked another employee to get Mike the manager For me he went back and told him. Mike proceeded to stair ate through the glass and allowed Atleast another 5-10 minutes go by. At that point the rude employee David comes speed walking back and tell mike that Iām a liar and donāt listen. I found this to be even more insulting. Finally Mike the manager comes out and proceeds to start raising his voice and pointing his finger in my fathers face and starts yelling as well. I am shocked that a manager can be so unprofessional which is a direct reflection of why his staff is so rude and unprofessional. I have gone to Costco for years and am disgusted that they allowed this to happen. Everyone beware of the employees in the tire shop. They have no problem being rude, yelling, and putting their finger in an elderly mans face. Completely a shame that these two individuals are allowed to work there. I would suggest to anyone to not go to the tire shop...

The membership model, while an upfront cost, typically pays for itself through the savings members enjoy over time. Members also benefit from services like pharmacy, optical, and photo centers, as well as travel and insurance deals.
Customer service at Costco is generally commendable. The staff are usually helpful, and the companyās return policy is notably generous, allowing for a hassle-free shopping experience.
One of the drawbacks is that Costco can be quite busy, especially on weekends, leading to crowded aisles and longer checkout lines. Additionally, the bulk sizes may not be practical for smaller households or those with limited...
