AT&T Store — Local services in Demopolis

Keith at the Demopolis Al location was the most unprofessional employee that I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. Would not allow me to complete a sentence, nor fully explain my situation. On the advice of the corporate office I came to this location to purchase a SIM card, which he refused to sell me, advising to go to Walmart down the street. This was as I was leaving the store with him still making disparaging comments to my back. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting display of exactly how not to treat a potential customer. I truly wish I had never set foot in the store. I hope this review helps someone avoid this travesty of an experience...

Gwendolyn was very nice, knowledgeable, and respectful. On sat I went in looking for a flip phone she gave me a deal I couldn't resist i left with 2 phones. I didn't know any of my email or contact information she said "I got you" and she did just that I have pictures contacts even apps nothing was lost from me porting in from a different provider ( I wasn't planning on switching companies only came looking for mom a flip)Will be seeing her every time I need...

Absolutely the worst experience. Went in store to trade my I phone 8 plus for a new I phone 14 plus. Was told by employee would get 350 off of 899 new iPhone 14. Sign up for 36 month installment with new phone . When I called Atand t about bill was told was not eligible for 350 trade in after they had sold me new phone and locked me into 36 month contract and took my old phone.
