Had rides scheduled @ 1 pm. We arrived at the address they told us to go to. It was the wrong place but we figured it out and got to the right one around 1:20. We then had to wait for the older gentleman & his co worker to get there because we couldn’t ride with out them. They got there & were really rude as if it was our fault they work there. They kept on yelling at us when the horses wouldn’t stop & if they were too close but the horses wouldn’t listen to us. They just followed the horse at the front & stopped when he did. We couldn’t take any pictures & would snap at us if we had our phones out. I got on the horse second & when a person in our ride group was trying to take a picture of me the older gentleman snapped at him like he was a child to hurry up “we don't have have all day” and at the end when taking a picture of the whole group a lady was laughing and he said “ Aint nothing funny hurry up” there was literally no need for that she was walking over to take the picture, its not as if she was wasting time. They also charged us full price & we didn’t ride for an hr they cut it short & said it was our fault for not showing up on time as if they were ready for us. Do not recommend this...

I am so disappointed in the awful experience my family and I had on this trail ride. We tend to take a ride when we can, if on a little vacation. Never have we had a bad time. Until now. The owner, Andy, was rough around the edges, which was sorta cute at first, until he started yelling at my kids about how to put your leg on the horse, etc. I am an experienced horse rider, and he chastised me for holding the reins too tight. Then the trail had, Judy, chastised me for holding them too loose. My husband got yelled at about snapping a picture. I again got yelled at for not making my horse completely stop when the horse in front of me stalled to eat. I was still a good 20 feet away from them. Rude staff and owners. Horses’ feet were in terrible condition - splits up their hooves. And they made the 10 yo boys ride with an adult. Again, never had that happen on the many rides we’ve been on. So...

In this place’s defense there was a communication gap on us starting at 11:00 am. We called at 10:45 to make sure we had the correct directions. Lss we watched while they got the 4 horses ready for our group + 2 more. (Horses were definitely malnourished ). Standing outside in the heat after 1 hr 15 min I walked into the a/c office where the 3 of them were and asked how long until you guys are ready? The older lady said, “when we cool down”, that’s why we go by appointments. 🤬🤬🤬 So, basically could have told us on the phone at 10:45 to come back at noon and they will be ready. Horrible customer service and please note they tell you they ride every hour on the hour. The volunteer boy was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. (Parents should be proud).
