Purchase a brand new all aluminum trailer from this company after the sale was final and paid for we discovered that the trailer had two different size tires on it with two different load ratings One not having a high enough rating for the trailer‘s capacity brought it to their attention, promised that this would be taken care of and dealt with immediately and a tire would be brought directly to me over a month later still nothing called called multiple times to finally get a response out of a guy that we will have a tire delivered to you and we’ll tomorrow, well two days later still they have not delivered. My tire and wheel shows they do not give a crap once the sale is final and they got their money you are now on the back burner to them think twice before ever buying anything from this company because once the sales final, they don’t care about you no more they got their money would never do business with this company ever again about ready to take the trailer back up there to them and then call the manufacturer and file a complaint. We bought a Bad Boy Revolt, with a 61 inch deck, from Outdoor Equipment Co today. Mark was very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken of. The manager finished our sale and was very nice and hospitable as well.

We also ordered some add-ons and the parts department went above and beyond to make sure our wants were meant.

If you want to get a mower, boat, tractor, trailer, side by side, or snow-ex snow plow, don’t bother going anywhere else. You will not get better service anywhere. They made our experience very enjoyable and painless. We will most definitely continue to buy mowers and other equipment for our business from this company.
