My experience with Purple Peake was arguably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I called because my battery wasn’t working, and to be honest I thought the call wasn’t going to go anywhere. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. RJ managed to return my original defective battery, and he sent me out a better battery with me only having to pay the difference between the two. Place is awesome! I grabbed a cart and battery from there today. Staff has always been amazing. Literally feel like family soon as you walk In. FYI space has doubled for the shop. Any thing needed wellness wise is always there as far as I can tell. They explained all of the pro and con studies, done on all products I inquired on. All around comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Also a UPS drop point for packages 📦.
