Slow line, lazy/incompetent officers, and extremely uncomfortable waiting area. The decorations are atrocious, and the only entertainment available while these so-called "agents" lethargically work through hours of paperwork and check your car for ounces of drugs (which they never find) is Fox News. The bench in the waiting room is literally a piece of hardwood (there isn't even a backrest), and you have to awkwardly stare at the braindead officers handling peoples' so-called cases, who for some reason are seated right in front of the waiting bench. Read moreArrived to have some initial confusion with everyone around me waiting in their cars. Come to find out they still have remains of a Covid-19 policy in effect. I saw it listed in a review 11 months earlier, but no mentions of it recently. Call upon arrival and follow the 3# option. If no one answers, leave a message, and they will call you back asking for your car details so they can come out and get you when they are ready. Minus that small snafu in that process, the staff was very friendly and I was in and out quickly. Arrive early as the parking lot is not a very big one. Great overall experience! We had all the appropriate documentation and the female agent would not allow us entry because she felt that Canadians could do this job. We were advised by our church to go through a New York border and they understood what we were going to do and allowed us entry. We presently volunteer at the Archives working 40 hours a week!
