I ordered one 1660 LEEK blade and one TX tool and they double charged my card. I tried calling today 2x (800)458-1606 and no answer. I tried sending an email to sales@twopointenterprise.com and the email bounced. That is the email that I got my invoice from. This is the first time ordering from Two Point Enterprise, not a good look for a new customer. On 9/3 I received a set of washers from Kai USA. I did not order them and if I had they come with screws. I returned them to Kai USA. I wonder how Kai USA got my address and why the washers? They are not worth the $52.49 overcharged on my CC. WHAT'S NEXT? Received an email 9/13 from Kai USA saying that I had ordered the washers. There was no charge on my CC from Kai USA. Something is wrong with this picture. Today 9/14 I received my CC refund! Be careful dealing with Two Point Enterprises...
   Read moreThis place will send you used materials at full price. They recently did that to me then sent me an email full of lies stating that I was trying to exchange my old knife for a new one. The knife I received had obvious wear on the blade, pocket clip, and push button. I called multiple times and sent pictures of the exact model immediately and didn’t receive a response for days. They stated that I asked multiple questions about the product before I bought it and that raised red flags. The funny thing is that I never inquired about the knife, I bought it without speaking to anyone. They are a complete joke and extremely incompetent. They are scam artists. I would be willing to give a good review if the help me with my two orders than I have gotten no response for. this one to exchange for a new blade and my recent one which is for two knives similar to this haven’t been shipped out for nearly 4 days as of writing this review but my 80 bucks is sure gone.If they see this I would really appreciate to help get my orders straightened out I would really like to buy from them again they were doing good the first time...
