Ordered parts for my bike est. time 3-5 days, on the 7th day I had to call them and ask status on parts; reply "we tried calling you yesterday" with modern technology I have caller ID, zero calls, the lady argued and became defensive when called her out on this. The beep after the voicemail message means leave you info after the beep. Arrived immediately after I had called and the sales rep was absolutely rude and disrespectful. All parts were not available then asked if I wanted them to install after I was lied to and told everything was in as if it was my fault. I stated no and my parts were thrown on counter. I would rather push my bike 25 miles than even stop here!! Worst experience ever, I have been to SEVERAL dealerships across the US and this ranks as one of the worst! From 4 years ago:: I purchased wrong tank cover for the recon order one for the rancher ES, They wanted an 20% restocking fee,, bad business. I use to purchase many parts there, now mostly online.. My recon was leaking oil out of axle bearing, Customer service told me I needed an axle bearing seal, I asked to speak to mech, was told NO!!! by the store owner I "think" she said, because if everyone wanted to speak to a mech. he/they would never get anything done!! Good thing I did go around back and talked to one for less than a minutes, He knew exactly what I need after explaining..
