Currently a member at this place but won’t be ever again. EVERY single time I come to this place the old man is extremely rude, cheap, and condescending. My sister and her husband tagged along too and this man would not let me use the family discount for them. All we wanted to do was 30 tokens for $10. Nope. Had to be 20 tokens for $10. Mind you I was already spending money for additional tokens. All the hundreds of dollars we have spent here since last summer and he wouldn’t let them be included in this family discount the one and only time they come to the arcade. He walked up suddenly and just butted into our conversation without saying hello or anything. Then, he even pulled out a piece of paper with a bunch of fine print and held it up saying, “if you are a member you would see on this paper you can’t do that.” Then continues to say, “well if the grandparents come they can use the discount ha ha ha! Only family, NOT your sibling and not your neighbor!” Huh??? Just a complete jerk time and time again. The membership card also says “5 tokens for $1” so 50 tokens for $10 right?? NOPE lol that means strictly 5 for $1. Who comes to the arcade to buy ONLY 5 tokens LOL! Most of the games are 2-4 tokens a play. I gave this guy (who I believe is the owner) many chances. I am very nice and never argue but I wish I would’ve told him off this last time. The other guy that was working today was very nice and the younger kids are friendly. Hopefully one of them takes over this place soon. Until...
Read moreMy friends and I were visiting in town while visiting Hershey Park in winter, and just gotta say it was a truly 10/10 experience. This is truly a hidden gem with this arcade. This is a small business running this arcade and it was a great experience. The age range of us are young adults around 18 and older. And the arcade games were fun for us as adults, so you can imagine your child would love it too. Please keep in mind we did not try the following: food, baseball cage, or mini golf area.
The games are like a snippet in the past. There are SpongeBob related games which feels like the 90’s in the arcade. A lot of the games are ball-based or involve hitting your target. This is a refreshing difference of modern games which are very screen-based.
The staff were amazingly friendly! They did a great job with working with us and many parents and kids coming in and out. There were a few ticket machine problems but the situations were rectified quickly. Also the staff gave tips and tricks for which games were most fun to play.
Thanks so much to our 2 staffers tonight. I wasn’t able to get their names but they were a man and woman with beanies on. You were great!
Very awesome experience even with the limitations of...
Read moreWe played on the mini golf course and took advantage of the free tokens for the arcade after opting to buy additional tokens. I have never written a review before but felt compelled to after our experience. I have been mini golfing dozens of times in other cities and states and have never seen a better kept or more lovely landscaped course. You always see places with a course that has had better days, out of date, worn patches or little to no landscaping but this place was the complete opposite of that. In addition the arcade was clean and everything was in working order! When was the last time anyone saw that?? I don’t recall ever going to an arcade with no carpet stains, games that weren’t smudged or grimy and I don’t think I have ever been to one where all the games worked. Well done and I EXTREMELY recommend this place. BTW when have you ever gotten free game tokens for a mini golf purchase? I never have. I thought it was brilliant promotion to draw business inside while I benefit as a customer with free tokens for a separate purchase I was making regardless....
