Verizon — Local services in Derry Township

I would avoid this location. Most of the time I met with a rude white gentleman w/ dark hair and beard) who may or just acts like he owns the place. First visit I ordered a phone due to a promotion of a $800 trade in on a Galaxy back in April of 2022. The woman I initially delt with was great. She had order the phone and was informative as she broke down how everything would happen. Informing me how I would have $30 increase in my next bill in June, but it would be credited back in July. My second visit is when I came back to pick up my new phone. The rude gentleman appeared to be doing nothing, but sitting at the desk. He told me he was busy with the couple across the room looking at phone cases. I waited around and had to leave to do another errand. I came back hours later and he did apologize to me for his attitude. Told me it was near closing time and could give me my new phone, but couldn't do the trade in until tomorrow. His reasoning was that it would take 2 hrs to do a file transfer (in reality it takes less than 20 min. without converting apps). I Told him I was going out of town and said long as I did the trade in within the week I would be fine. Third time I came back in to do my trade and unfortunately it was the same gentleman. He wrote a post it note with my information and slapped it on the old phone and said he would do it tomorrow since again it was near closing time. Not to my surprise my bill was not only $30 higher, but was $60 higher. Went back for a fourth time he told me right away nothing is wrong with my account (didn't look). My Wife had been having problems with her phone so I looked on the web for a Verizon store near me, this store came up, even though I have since realized there are some closer, I’m glad we went to this store. The first time in Dillon helped us out, he was able to fix the one problem she had but to fix the other issue wasn’t cost effective, even though our phones were only two years old, we left with two new phones and a better plan than before and are not paying much more each month. We definitely got the insurance this time! He told me I qualified for a military discount but I would need to return with my DD214 to get it. When we returned after about a week Dillon was off that day and we met with Blake, at first he told us he didn’t think he could change from the discount I already had to the military since the account was already set up and I think some people would’ve ended it right there, but not Blake, he kept trying until he finally figured a way to get that better discount applied. Even though it was a very busy day and he was helping other folks at the same time Blake solved all our issues and answered all our questions.
