Was not happy. I asked for hair be trimmed to dead ends off. She did make me aware it was like three inches. But somehow I went wrong a straighter cut to a shaggy mullet. I never try look at my hair too much until I get home because I gotta get used to it. But I didn’t like this what so ever. Kristy was my stylist and this is the first time I had ever been here! She was amazing! She talked me through the whole process of everything she was doing as she was doing it and gave me helpful tips for after I left!!!!
