Me and my husband went in to this place to buy furniture, we looked around didn't have to much we wanted. They showed us in a book a brown microfiber top with leather arm rest, bottom and sides so it was perfect they didn't have it to show they said they had to order it so we like cool we paid cash same for furniture plus delivery. Day of delivery I didn't to much inspect my furniture as well as I should have. 2 days later I noticed my son picking up lil silver objects placing them into the back of his toy truck. I look to see what they were and the small metal pieces were staples. I never owned a stapler neither has my husband, I was curious to know where these staples came from. I called my husband he asked me did I see staples any where else but the living room if not check the furniture, and there they were under their are rest staples into the wood under the leather arm rest. Sure enough there were lots of staples on each side of the love seat I called bargain furniture on E. 8mile and I received bad customer service as well. I was told they don't staple there furniture and they would bring me another one love seat. No one came to take a look at it or anything so of course they staple it or where ever they so called ordered it from did smh. It took maybe a week for me to get a replacement I had to keep calling honestly I wish I have told them to come get it our demanded refund cause 3 months later the sofa did the same thing. Worst experience ever , on the day of my delivery they called and said that the trucks were down . I told her I would take a refund and she said she had until 6 to find a driver. Then the man called and said he would bring it but he would need help bringing it in . I paid 300 dollars to have to get him help and he pulled up to my home with my mattress tied to his roof . I paid 90 dollars for delivery, I could have tied it to my own car if I knew that was what they were gonna do . And he got mad when I said that saying he did me a favor . I paid my bill in full it was not a favor for me at all .
