Terrible experience bought a fridge on saturday and had to call on wednesday becuase it was not getting cold. First lady says cant schedule a tech until friday and i live right down the street . Advised her i just bought food etc and she went on and scheduled the next day. Tech came said need a motherboard called the supplier from my home on speaker phone i heard the supplier say they have it in so the tech said all has to be done is for him to be scheduled back out which should be the same day or the next day which is friday if not call. Not to mention he called the store on speaker again and asked if he could just grab and come back she said no because he was already runnig behind on other orders. Called on friday they said part wont be in until monday. Either the tech was lying or global pretty sure it was global seeing that both conversations that the tech had were heard by my own ears. I should not have even went back there in the first place seeing that i had to replace the 1st one after a year but i took a chance that maybe during my move i may have messed something up on and i learned that that paticular style seems to always have issues . (No stars for me had to choose one just to post my review)Unprofessional is not the word; purchase the wrong stove the stove got brought back to the appliance store, I went back up there to get refunded my money the manger told me there is no refund just store credit she didn’t put a time frame she just said when you ready with the store credit just pay the reminder of the stove and delivery and hook up as long as I keep my receipt at the time they didn’t have much that met my satisfaction but what I had picked, but it was the wrong stove so I had to take my losses I came back they talking in the back like you can’t hear them. They came up with this our system had crash so we don’t know but I had my receipt out of $171.14 she offered my $50 had to use it the same day because she already spent those funds and thought I wasn’t gone come back in use my credit. When I tell you everything was yellow and old and dirty and the prices was the same amount as a new stove $400 I just walked out please don’t shop here you will be better off somewhere else they high way rob you with that store credit messed got a free $171.14 while I out of my money and a stove...

DO NOT PATRON - WORST APPLIANCE CROOKS EVER! Purchased a gas stove and paid $45 for delivery and install. They only delivered, and when I called and spoke with "Ernie" he informed me that I needed to pay an additional fee for hook up??? TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF since he knew we arrived in our own pickup and wouldn't need delivery and explicitly explained that we were mainly interested in the gas hook up. On top of that we had just purchased a fridge across the street @ Appliance Outlet who charges $50 for delivery AND HOOK UP. Global Appliance gives new meaning to the concept of "getting burned on a stove..." Our family has lived in this area for 4 generations - we will be telling everyone we know to avoid this place COMPLETELY.
