Let’s Start off By Saying When I bought My Daughters Birthday/Christmas Bed From Them I Payed For It CASH!
They told me they wouldn’t get the bed til the 22nd well they got the bed early in the month of December! So fine I let them bring it out and when they brought the bed the head board WAS BROKEN IN HALF, my daughter chest had paint chipped off, the white wood was all scratched up.
Instead of them taking it back they told me somebody would be out to fix the problem. He was supposedly on the phone with the manager from the company and when they left I called the company and told them the problem and they told me they didn’t get word about anything being wrong with the bed.
Not Only That They Just Threw Everything In My Daughter Room On The Floor.
So I had to threaten for them to come get the bed and get my money back from them. But then they wanted to charge me storage fees for a broken bed! Which is beyond me. After about a hour of going back and fourth with them they finally came out 3 hours later to bring a whole new bedroom set!
Then not only that they offered to take $100 off of the bed for the inconvenience. STILL TO THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING ON THE $100
But this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never order anything else...

They couldn't give me a delivery date and when I tried to contact them, they kept deflecting and promising to call me back, but never did. After waiting for a long time, I finally decided to go in person and they told me they would charge me a 25% cancellation fee, as stated in the contract. I was very upset by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including one worker named Toni Martínez, who displayed a furious attitude as if he were the owner. Even worse, they even questioned the owner when he said he would only charge me 10% since I wouldn't be returning. This was done right in front of me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Eventually, I spoke with the owner and he was very kind and understanding. He said he would only charge me 10% because he didn't want to lose me as a customer. I appreciate that he tried to resolve the issue, but I think this store needs to retrain its employees, particularly Toni Martínez, to improve their customer service and unfriendly attitudes. They also do so much more for the community than sell furniture!! The owner goes out of his way to help keep the neighborhood safe. We lived next to an abandoned house, and some people decided that they were going to "squat" there for whatever reason. We kept chasing people off constantly. We found out that Danto's was actually boarding up houses to keep this from happening. My mother called Danto's and they were out the very next day, boarded up the house, and secured it with some kind of alarm to let us know if someone was in the house!
