Everyone here was nice and helpful, however there are a lot of cramped roads and it's a large campus, and a pretty convoluted pick up. When I arrived I dropped trailer in a very tight lot 2 deep, and then followed the map to the docks on the other side. When I got there they said they needed a trailer number even though I had a reference number. I didn't have a trailer number and they hadn't given it to my company yet, so I had to park and wait (there really is no parking by the dock and no signage that that spot is even a driver check in area.

*Updating to 1 star after spending an hr trying to find trailer and get it out after getting bills (which were just laid on counter). Now I have to walk half a mile back to docks to pick up seal because they did not leave on trailer or with paper work, and would not let me bobtail back. There is no room on property to safely turn around a trailer. You can do it but may hit something. Aside from some nightmare places in Florida this is one of the worst truck destinations I've visited.

In the end an office worker gave me ride back to gate after understanding why I wouldn't want to come back in here with a trailer. The people are the only redeeming thing about this facility, the only reason I've given 2 stars.

An off site trailer pool for drop and hook or even using the second gate could really help out, sad the scale didn't work on the way...

As a driver for a large trucking company, I have seen several efficient companies. This is not one of them. One union employee has had several hours since our arrival to unload us, but as he gets paid no matter what, he has no concern how long the drivers wait. As he said, 'I have til 3 to unload you'. When pressed, he said, 'well, that's when I go home at least. No wonder Detroit and this whole state is going down hill... Union workers like this who no...

Very rude receptionist! I called and ask," how are you today. She rudrly replied, how can we help you! I asked a second time and she replied in the same fashion, as she took a deep irritated breath. I then asked for a manager and she transferred the call and it conveniently hung up. I tried calling back, and now no answer. Today is. 8-23-2022 and the time is 3:25pm. I hope someone takes care of this women, she clearly did not want to come...
