M&M Tire Service Used & New Tire All Brands — Local services in Detroit

My experience here was terrible. I came to this tire shops with two new tires that I wanted him to put on for me. I called beforehand to get a quote and qouted me 15 each tire. When I arrived I needed a new rim so I left to go do that. I return to the guy telling me I owe $75. I asked him to explain the big jump in price to me and he got smart talking to me like I’m a child and got real upset all because I asked him what exactly is he charging me for! He had his partner attempt to take off a tire he’d already installed on my car. I told him that he’s not touching my car I will pay for the work he’s already done but you’re not taking anything back off my car. Do you know this man still attempts to go in my car to get the spare tire to put back on?!?!? At that point I threatened to call 911 and he then turned his whole attitude around continued the job and then told me he did me a favor by switching out sensors that were no good. My tire sensors were fine before I came here and now one is broken and I didn’t even bother to call this place again and let them know what they did. I rather pay for another and take my money elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and not care in this world for customers. I waited a hour or so for the place to open. Really didn't have a choice because my tire was flat. I called the number on the building to see if it was a cell #, it was. I asked the guy was he opening today because it was already 45 pass opening hours. He said he'll be opening in 20 more minutes. Which turned out 45 more minutes. Once he finally arrived, I waited 20 more minutes because it was another customer who was there before me. I only had 20 bucks, yes I was broke. He said he had nothing for that price very rudely. I asked well is there any other tire shop near by he said yeah 7 miles down. I had no choice to leave because he didn't want to help me at all. I drove 7 miles on a flat, thank God I didn't make it worse. Idk maybe this happens all the time with him. I was even willing to come back and pay the rest but he didn't want to help me out that way. I understand but really didn't have to be so so rude...

Worst tire shop ever, don’t even deserve a star. I bought a tire for $60, all within 5 days…I came back because it was still going flat..they said the valve wasn’t seated right, it’s a manufacturer issue. Came back to get my spare put on and they tried to charge me $30. Went to another tire shop to find out they never gave me a tire. They plugged my tire and put it back on but these idiots plugged through the bead and the tire is really no good now. The tire shop even told me they got down and I need to go get my money back.
