I went to this place to have my cell phone screen fixed. My phone was working good except the screen cracked that I wanted to be fixed. My power button was not working completely as it should but still functionable. I went here and a younger guy on the repair side of the building said he can definitely fix my cracked screen for 79.00. I left it for 1hr and half per his instructions. ..came back to get it and my phone was completely damaged not useable. The guy then tried to blame it on my power button not working properly when it was him that took my phone apart and damaged it. After debating a lil bit they gave me another phone a (sky device) which I paid $80.00 for which I left in an ok mood because at least I had some sort of device to communicate and it was closing time for them. I got home to realize the phone they gave me is garbage horrible quality! The phone only retails for 23.00 anyway after googling. I call back and spoke to the manager and to return the phone not even having it for 24hrs he tells me a restocking fee of 40.00 . He continues to debate and get loud over the phone . This place I will never do business with again . Never and I will let others know NOT to do business with them either. Unreasonable! And I honestly think he damaged my phone on purpose to get me to do business with them as to purchase another phone. He never told me about a restocking fee. Also if the repair guy knew it was a chance he could damage my phone he should not have touched it . Worst experience ever! I never take the time to write reviews. Read moreThe person that I took there to have them to activate her phone, is an impatient person and after 2 minutes of waiting while the T- Mobile worker worked in her phone, she developed an attitude. The worker was very patient with, he did his job to perfection. I couldn't see how he dealt with her for the passed 7 years and besides she bought the phone from Best Buy instead of T-Mobile eventho it was T-Mobile's phone. She never check on the insurance on the phones that she bought from T-Mobile in the past, but upon buying this one at Best buy, she no longer has T-Mobile insurance. For the Workers at T-Mobile, I give gratitude, apologies, and compliments for dealing with this kind of customer, but Thank Goodness that your store is always clean, your have chairs for your customers and the waiting time wasn't long except for her....Great Job! 👍...

At this time his mom notified them and spoke to a person name J who has no customer service skills, rude and didn't wont to fix the issue that they cause. So we went to the apple store and the apple store ask if the screen has been fixed before? I asked how do you know that just by looking at it for 2 seconds.
