In june we purchased a fridge for 900.00+ 75.00 delivery fee + gave delivery guys 20.00 each. Was last delivery of the day.next day fridge began running loud, i thought something just kicked in after being moved. I did record a video of it running loud in case.july 4th wasn't home til late 2:30 am i go to get a drink & see an error code on fridge. That day is a sunday so store is closed. 1st thing monday morning i called the store. 1st thing sam says is i don't sell refrigerator's anymore. & because of carona repair man only works certain days. When repair man came out he changed icemaker fan & freezer fan ( both used parts) later that afternoon i called repair man & told him it wasn t making ice, he said it would take a day. Less than 12 hrs after he left, same error code came back on & freezer wasn't working again.i called store 9am guy said he was unloading a truck & would contact repairman. 4pm i call back & guy says i'll call him now. Repair man calls & says it's 4 o'clock on a friday i can't do anything now. On monday i'll go & order part, then i'll get back with you when i get it. So i wait during a pandemic thinking this guy is having trouble getting part cause that was in july & now it's like september. In the mean time freezer didn't work for 3 days after repair man left, then by the grace of god, in a pandemic & it hot july my freezer started working ,but running loud again.so i'm still waiting for repairman to get back with me with ordered part. I have pictures both time & date stamped, video & phone records of all i'm saying.around sept. I call store to see what's going on with this part that i've been waiting on for a couple months now. Sam says that repair man never came back to work again due to carona. I told sam repair had left a piece of my refridgerator on the floor when he left. Sam said it's not a piece to fridge it's a tool. I know the difference between a tool & a part.so he says i'll send another guy out. He comes out, & took off built up ice off the freezer fan & says lets hope that works. & leaves. Now mind you this is a smart fridge. It can run a self diagnoisis ! He didn't, neither did the first guy. So once again less than 12 hrs after this guy leaves same thing, error code again ! Called sam he said i'm busy right now let me call the repair guy & i'll get back with you. Well here it is 3 -4 weeks later & sam hasn't called me back. I called the store they said call back in an hour. When i called back they said he's gone for the day. Then i called & explained the story to the woman that answered phone, she took my phone # & info said she would check into it. That was about a week or so ago.still no answers. Oh & 1st guy left the rubber gasket to fan on the floor , second repair guy left his bit to his screwdriver up in my fridge & 10 days later it fell out into my freezer.to me when you spend 1,000.00 on a fridge you should honor your warrenty. The fix should last longer than 12 hrs.one thing i've learned thru this is fridge wasn't right from the beginning, i didn't want to seem crazy, so i did take a video for incase.it apparently has an icemaker fan issue, that makes water leak down on to the freezer fan. That's why 1st guy changed both fans. Because it showed both error codes. Like i said , fridge is a smart fridge.it can self diagnois if you bother to do it. Which neither guy did. I have lost 100.00 worth of food in july over this, been with out a working freezer/ icemaker. One or both from july4th til now november 12th ! & sam is ignoring me. Say's he don't sell fridges anymore but when i look at his website there are pictures of them. He told me when i bought it, he just got it . Maybe he should have checked it out before he sold it, cause it hasn't worked right since i've had it.i read reviews before i went there. He had good things said about him.i never dreamed i would be going thru all this ! This has been a nightmare . Read moreBeware!! You could get the worst experience in your life buying from this place. You don't always get what you see in the store and what you pay for. Sam ( the owner) is very greedy, disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional, all he cares about is money ( not customers or reputation). When me and my husband went to his store, he had 2 identical sets of a sectional couch that we liked, one was stained all over and looking used for a decade, and the other one was clean and spotless. Sam offered to give us a very good deal on the stained one, however we told him that we will pay extra to get the clean one, and We paid $500 deposit. On the delivery day, when they started to unload the pieces and we noticed BIG yellow stains all over the furniture, and the smell was unbearable! It smelled like the dollar store degreaser spray. We stopped them before they finished unloading all the pieces, and called Sam. He insisted that he did send us the new set, not the old stained one; we politely told him we don't want to keep it, we need to return it, and all he said was OK. We even helped the guys to take the pieces back to the truck. We were so nice and polite but we had to refuse this delivery. He didn't warn us that we were about to lose our deposit, he didn't care to do so. We are NOT RETURNING the item because we changed our mind! I would've understood that he doesn't accept returns, and that this is his return policy. However, in our case, we are refusing to keep a dirty smelly piece of furniture that we did not buy and paid for. We put a deposit for something else. It is his responsibility to be honest and send the right item in an acceptable shape! but he didn't, and he wanted to keep the money. So we went to the store to get our deposit back, that's when we met the other face that Sam has! He was so rude, and immoral, he refused to discuss anything! Or give us any options! He kept repeating "no returns"!! Seriously?! We are NOT returning! you tried to fool us by sending us the wrong item and you want us to go with it?! We also tried to call him once and hung up on us. PLEASE make sure to read all bad reviews and notice a common pattern in their reply; they always pretend that the person leaving a negative review is mistaken and talking about a different store/place. Or they just invent a cute little story that blames and makes the customer guilty, not...
Read moreI thought this was a good place i got a fridge and stove here but after 4mnths it started to get warm and get ice build up in freezer. It had a 3mnth warranty but i no i told them i wanted a year cause i had the money at the time and just went 2yrs without a good working fridge but when i called they said i didnt and was suppose to call back and never did. I had to try and ask around on how to fix it and look it up. I had to blow dry it out then it worked better. But now its doin it again i lost food then and im gonna lose food now and i shouldnt have to worry bout that. I have only had it for 6mnths and im not working due to health issues so my husband is trying to get us by but its hard and when we can afford to buy food which is not often i shouldnt have to worry bout it goin bad. So now i once again have something i cant afford to fix and is goin to lose the little bit of food i do have in there cause they sold me something that i feel they rigged to work cause it just doesnt seem right that it stops working right...
