I must say, I loved GGT. I have relatives (sisters, aunts, uncle and cousins) that are active members and I used to attended a lot. Church Services, bible class, conferences, luncheons, events, outings or anything they had. My mom who was a faithful member and tithe payer went to be with the Lord last September. I was so disappointed. Bishop was out of town and we requested Rev. Maing to oversee the service. He was excellent. The lady that was over the arraingments was nice nasty too. We was given $300 towards the funeral but we had to give it back to use for the minister, sound technician (he sucked). He couldn't get the mikes working and we could barely hear the music. In order for us to ask him to cut the mikes up we had to go through the ushers like they were his body guards. Smh! and also the money was for any singers (which we used our own). So, we was given $100. Out of all the years my mom being a faithful, dedicated member who was also faithful in paying tithes, offerings, pastorial offerings and any other offerings they asked for, you would think her Church family would have been their, but NO. No, no members, choir and no singers from GGT. (I don't even think it was mentioned or announced that she had passed). We didnt get a telegram, card, letter or anything from GGT. All the years my mom spent loving the bishop, his wife and the Church and this is how we was treated. Right now, I'm feeling really hurt, but, I know in time God will heal my heart. FYI GGT: When you have faithful, dedicated, tithe payers the least you can do is make sure everything is covered!!! Why couldn't GGT pay the Minister, musicians and sound tech. My mom paid enough in tithes and offerings!!!!! That's a drop in the bucket. Be more considerate of families that are members of...
Read moreI had my wedding ceremony here last Saturday. I paid $985.00 for the vision hall area (which is literally right in the middle of the church) which I had no problem with. I had the church from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM My wedding was supposed to start at 3:00 PM but I asked the “protocol consultant” to allow my family time to come in since I had been given a 30 minute grace period. Starlet had my bridesmaids and groomsmen down at the stairs by 2:50 even AFTER I asked her to wait. My ceremony was done by 3:30 PM. I had friends and family at the door that couldn’t get in because the door was locked. My FATHER brought this to my attention. By the time I came to the stairs my wedding music had already started playing. I was highly upset. When I called to speak to Veronica about the situation, she got an attitude with me and tried to blame the situation on me. My BRIDESMAIDS were even blamed for something they did not do. I know this because they were upstairs with me the whole time. After being asked “what can I do for you.” I simply told Veronica that I would like some of my money back. She then caught another attitude and stated “you’re not getting a refund.” “Do you wanna sit down with the staff?” Why the hell am I going to sit down with the staff if nothing is going to get resolved? The communication is terrible, customer service is terrible as well. You don’t treat anyone like that, especially if their giving your place of business money. Especially when it comes to the house of the Lord those prices shouldn’t even be that high. I would not recommend having...
Read moreA most Blessed and Highly Favored Ministry for the whole family! Amen. It is 12:54 p.m. on 12/31/2024. I liked Greater Grace more when it was small enough for someone to answer the telephone rather than getting caught up in the automated system like I do when phoning a business. All I wanted to know... Are you having church services tonight? Stay Blessed!
