Bought my car in November was a car they just got in from what they told me Bought it from lytle location johny Balencia was who sold it to me I was sold the car not even able to take car home time of purchase because it hadn't been serviced yet! I said we'll if it hasn't been serviced why are they selling it I was assured by Johnny and the manager if anything was wrong it would be fixed or they would cancel my contract not true on either I was also told I would get new tires if they were in bad condition not true either I took my car to discount tires and they said my tires were in bad shape that the dealership lied on them being in good condition and gave me the email that says so there was 2 recalls on the car they said they would fix that I pointed out before I bought the car well the recalls weren't done my second key was lost and needed batteries that were finally replaced my car had to go back for the recalls they didn't do when they finally gave me my car I picked it up in the evening and the next morning it wouldn't even start they came and jumped my car and left it died again the next day my car pretty much was there till December they tried to figure out why my car was dying couldn't find anything they said they looked and couldn't see the issue my car was back and forth waisted 1000 miles just taking my car in every couple days finally they replaced the battery that they said was good and no more issue of it dying but I had a oil leak on top of the motor I pointed out that wasn't fixed either and were in July now I was told by the owner after new years because they had no car for me to use till it got fixed my camera was not working either they fixed that to the only servicing they did was an oil change when I bought the car or they would of seen the oil leaks on the motor and engine area and would of done the recalls then and would of known about my camera as well I have text messages about the leaks and tires that was promised that would be replaced if in bad shape He replied I haven't looked when I got there they were not and was assured they were in great condition that was a lie so here I am with those bad tires and the same oil leaks on top of my motor I finally told johny he lied and I would take my car to another ford dealership to look at the issue and pictures I took when I bought the car that's going to cost 200 just for them to look at that don't cover what it's costing to fix the issue I'll be reporting this dealership don't buy from them especially not from Johnny I also bought an extended warranty that they said I only have to pay 100 when I took it to get fixed what they don't tell u is it doesn't cover diagnostic test for each problem first then if excepted i pay the 100 on. Top of that and thats if its included in the warranty which the manager that I signed the contract with stated it was just 100 for everything and would be covered ford chaparral should of fixed this issue when it was...
Read moreMy wife was shopping for a new car she found one she liked at Chaparral Ford. She began to communicate with salesman he was very courteous and print to respond. My wife asked for the price of a 2020 red Fusion salesman sent her email and a text with price I got online and checked their website I looked at the car we decided to go look at it it was like a 45 minute to an hour drive. We get there the salesman shows us the car we take it for a drive and we liked it . It was already around 8:00 pm my wife asked for price they give her the price for 0% financing it was about $26,000.00 remember it's 0% financing the car was $19,993.00 how the hell did they get $26,000.00 if it's 0% financing. My wife asked so how much is it if I pay cash so they come back with $22,821.00 We were tired while inside we see a white Fusion so we ask for the price and they wrote the number under the numbers we had gotten for red Fusion. By now our kids are tired and we are too . We decide to leave and continue the next day . When we get home which is already about 10:30 pm. I ask my wife to show me the paper with the figures I notice there is an added amount $1,196.00 I asked my wife what is this she doesn't know. In the morning I call and I ask salesman what it was he proceeded to tell me it was for the etching of the VIN number some tint and wheel locks now not the website the salesman or the manager never mentioned this charge the night before. I told the salesman if we were going to do some kind of deal on either car I needed to talk to the manager about the issues. So about 15 minutes later the manager calls me and tells me that that charge is added to all the cars I told him then we were lied to on the text on the email and on the website because no one made us aware of the $1,196.00 added charge I told the manager that they were lying and doing the baiting to get the customer I said you are a liar and a cheat you should be ashamed of yourself the manager said he would take care of that on Sunday I quickly understood what he was trying to say. That on Sunday he would go to church and he would confess and repent and that lie was taken care of. I told him if he thought that would take care of all the lying he did it wasn't that he was going straight to hell. He hung up on me the salesman called me back and I told him the whole conversation . Well guess what the manager called me about 10 minutes later telling me he was sorry about what he had said he texted me the numbers on both cars the red and the white Fusion they had removed the extra $1000,00. Plus from each car by now my wife and I are very angry and upset they kept calling when we were going to pick up either car so they could get it ready . I think about the other two people there that night how they got screwed and didn't even know it. How many other customers have they lied to before us. My wife is out right now looking at a car. I feel bad for the salesman because he was very courteous and helpful for the rest they should be ashamed for being so shady...
