Bullock Furniture — Local services in Dexter

My parents bought a box spring for a spare bedroom. Upon delivery and drop off I see the mattress has been placed on the bed frame. When I went downstairs to check the bed I see all kinds of damage. So upon calling the store they assured me it would be replaced . So I was told it would be here on a Friday morning. They never called never showed up! So again Monday they were called an I was assured they would gave it here by 11 am. Again no show! We finally had to go to another local store to purchase another box springs. Again we called an talked to the store. She again assured me they would be here. It’s now 6:30 pm an I have a box spring sitting in my living room with handicap people trying to get around it and movers moving in furniture. I don’t like being lied to for one.
