603 Flea Market — Local services in Diamondhead

I purchased a dumb waiter from 603 thru a layaway. At the time of my First payment I inspected the table for imperfections and did not see any. After making payments I went to get the item out of layaway. After returning home I realized that the item had a separation in the carved radius of the wood. This caused by extreme changes in temperature where it was stored. I returned the item the next day and told the girl that I wanted a refund. They removed the item from my vehicle. I was told I had to come back when the owner was there the next day. I returned . The owner told me the item was like that when I purchased it. I told her no that I inspected the item before putting in layaway. She REFUSED to give me a refund. In addition she falsely accused me of intimidating the young girl when I returned the item. Sorry I can’t intimidate anyone . I’m TOTALLY disabled. I’m also a Christian and detest being accused of something I’m not guilty of. She REFUSED to give me a refund, forced me to take the item and Banned me from shopping ever again at her shop. The owner was a Capital B. The owner was extremely nasty for no reason to me.
