Unfriendly staff. No one greets you or offers any help and the guy and young girl at the checkout could use a class in customer service and politeness. They have orange stickers on sale items throughout the store, but when checking out, they claim it is not their sticker! If a staff member put a sticker on an item that should not have been on sale/clearance, it is Their Mistake, not the person purchasing. Also there is a pandemic going on and a mask mandate in effect, which they should follow since they deal with the public. No employee was wearing a mask. I was asked to stop there for something by someone riding with me, and while they were picking out their items, I took the opportunity to explore. The store looked honestly very nice, and the staff initially seemed pleasant. However, it soon became obvious that they were keeping a close watch on me. I’m unsure if it was for loss prevention, but what started as a friendly offer to help turned into the same person passing by every 15 seconds, watching me no matter where I was. Read moreBought a total of sixteen horse stall mats, they only had six in stock. Ordered 10 more. Took a week to come in. Then they sold them to someone else. Ordered again. Waited a week, they forgot to order. Ordered again with delivery, missed the friday call (my number changed). Finally got them delivered today. WRONG MATS! So their solution... Switch the first 6 mats for the different style...glad there was a solution but wish I didn't have to lug all six back down my stairs.... They are 100lbs each! Will never get any more of my biz. This is why large chains drive out local biz.......
