Fajitas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Diamondhead

First time customers using takeout. Was impressed with the cheese dip and chips. Some of the best I have eaten. Ordered the shrimp and crab enchiladas and they were excellent. We will be going back.

We made the mistake of going back on Cinco de mayo. Will never do that again. Couldn't get through the door without the wax being blown out your ears the music speaker was ridiculously loud. Wanted two tacos but couldn't just get them because of the holiday they were sticking it to customers and you could only get plates. Ordered three taco plate that I didn't want. Shredded beef taco had lots of fat and gristle that I had to spit out. Chips were tough and old tasting. Second batch was a little better but we had to flag down someone to get them. The same for another drink. Their rating went down due to this trip. Hoping it gets better or we won't be going back. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Been back several more times and it was wonderful. One bad time...lesson learned.

If they have the specialty of shrimp and crab enchiladas, get them as they are great. Also love their fried...

They were extremely packed full when we arrived yet we waited less than 5 minutes for our table, the servers didn't speak much English (a sign to me that the food was going to be amazing and more authentic) but they were very friendly courteous and delivered food and refills swiftly. Even though they were packed full our wait for our meals were minimal.
