Do Not order from this company! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! They are spreading lies and scamming all over the internet!
2 out of 3 of the items I received were poorly made and not printed correctly. When contacting “customer service” I was told it was my fault, and the order was delivered over a month ago and nothing could be done. I explained it was a gift from my baby shower and I just got the items and she denied me any information and said I needed order numbers. I got order numbers from my family who gifted me the items. Then I was told I would be sent a return shipping label (still have not received!) I was getting so upset with how rude they were being, then they blocked me on Facebook so I had no way of contacting them and was still waiting on return label. So my husband got involved then they blocked him and called the cops!!!! WTH! They then sent an email to my mother in law saying all these false things that they offered me a replacement and sent me a return label... ALL FALSE!!! I was never offered a replacement and I was never offered a return label for refund. The amount of money that was spent on the nursery bedding is unfathomable for it to be poorly made the fabric was the worst feeling fabric I have ever felt and the print on the patchwork was WRONG! We finally received a return label for only ONE item not both and now I don’t trust they will actually refund the money, when in reality I wanted a replacement product, NOT a free product like you stated on the other review below no one ever asked you for free product, we wanted product that was done correctly and of quality that is worth the money $200!!!!!
DBC do not reply on this review with bogus nonsense.... there is no refund policy on your website, there is not customer service phone number, the texting number apparently doesn’t count as customer service, can only contact through fb messenger, and then you just block everyone if they aren’t satisfied with your product! You were RUDE! I provided order numbers, receipts, and photographs. The product was made incorrectly, you refused to fix it I will blast ALL the screenshots of our conversation to prove it! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! My poor family members were gifting me something special for our first baby and now have wasted their money!!! I based my entire nursery off of this design I found on your website and now it is completely ruined! I am devastated!
Edit to ADD to respond to their false accusations below: we were never given the opportunity for a refund or replacement, was told it was our fault, I have text messages to prove the rudeness, was never given information on how to return the items. And Never received an email with return label. We also never asked for anything for free just wanted what we paid for and I am not here to slander anyone because I don’t feel “justified” I am here to help other people so they don’t have to go through what I went through. And now after reading these other reviews you have never given a full refund to ANYONE! So how can I believe that you would actually refund me... but in order to refund you have to tell me how to actually return the items. Besides I didn’t want the money back I wanted a replacement! Read moreI chose DBC for our babies nursery because I did not want the typical sets they offer at Target, Amazon etc. I wanted something elegant, unique and high quality.
DBC has such an amazing range of colors, prints and options to make the nursery like no other. I was very happy with the selection. Picking a "set" was very difficult for me. I ended up spending a little more to make my "own" 3pc set by purchasing a rail guard, blanket, and skirt from 3 different sets (doing it this way did mean I could not get the 3 or 4pc set discount). I would have added a crib sheet as well but could not purchase that single item from a set and was not offered on the crib sheets page. I would love if there was an option to build your own set where all the pieces are listed individually, including accessory pillows.
Once I got my set, I was VERY happy with the look, feel and quality. The crib rail guard did not have the navy blue ties as pictured from the set I selected. This was the reason I selected this guard from the set was specifically for the navy ties. I did not contact DBC to see if there was anything I could do about it as baby is coming soon. I threw it in the washer so I could get it on the crib for baby's arrival. I washed on cold and dried on low heat/air fluff. The crib rail guard was perfect, but the skirt and quilt both shrunk. On the skirt, the ruffle portion was fine, but the linen that lays over the crib base frame shrunk so the ruffles are about 2 in into the center of the crib instead of laying flatly on the edge like it is supposed to. This is even after hand-stretching it back out as best as I could. The patchwork quilt has multiple types of fabric (which I love) including minky and linen. The non-minky square shrunk along with the stitching on the boarder. The quilt no longer sits flat. Hand stretching did nothing to help this.
Overall - I am still pleased with the purchase. The price I thought was fair for the selection, material and quality. I did not expect to have shrinking issues though at this price point. I would have expected all materials to be pre-washed/pre-shrunk for these exact reasons. As someone who quilts myself, this is very important to keep a high-quality finished piece.
The items arrived well within the quoted time they have highlighted on the website, which is fantastic given all of the shipping delays currently happening. I will return to DBC for my next nursery set-up and other blanket, baby or home décor purchases in the future.

Read moreMy purchase on February 27th was my 3rd purchase from this company. (My previous purchases in May 2021 & October 2022 arrived within the given time frame which is why I purchased again.) I was aware of the 6-8 week turnaround time. On April 19th I emailed to check on a shipping update- as it was a few days shy of the 8 week mark. I was told by 'katie' the production ship date would be the end of April and tracking would be provided. Okay no big deal. May 10th- still no update or shipping notification. I check back in. 'Katie' says the fabric is arriving next week and as soon as it arrives, the order will be finished and shipped. Today May 29th- I email to ask for a return for my February order. 'Katie' informs me that the company relocated (oddly they've relocated multiple times, this is also a common complaint) and orders will start to ship out next week, and there are no refunds on custom orders. I'm now on week 13 with no guarantee on when my $180 order will ship. 'Katie' was rude, and when I informed her that there were multiple people saying the business was fraudulent on multiple platforms, and sent screenshots, she thought it was 'bizarre' because they couldn't see any of it, and suggested I check out some of their Google reviews because there were so many good ones. Immediately the first 3 reviews were not good reviews. There are MANY of the same complaints on platforms such as Facebook, Google reviews and the BBB. so now I'm stuck with no refund and I have no idea how long it will take, or even if I'll receive it.
