Yes I have bought all my furniture from Ashley’s for over 20 years and recently bought a new dining table and 3 weeks later went back and purchased a mattress and only purchased it because I loved the fact that it vibrated and positioned up to watch tv and plus some other cool features and when she mentioned it came with warranty I was sold well day before being delivered I called the sales lady we purchased it from and I asked her so how does the warranty work being that it’s ELECTRIC I wanted to know what all it covers and she went on to list a few things ..I was excited for new bed day of delivery and we ask the guys how does it work and that’s when they told us we needed the base for that function.. So we call store and that’s when our sales lady Kate told us we needed a base for that function I had even asked her day of sale if we needed any kind of box or box spring She said if we already have a king box set then we are good. Let me tell you when I told her all this she got so defensive and rude so I asked to speak to a manager and he did nothing to fix the situation said we can pick the mattress back up or u can buy base we already paid $2600 for the mattress and now they wanted $1500 more for base yea they came and picked up mattress because I was not going to pay over $4000 for a mattress set and especially purchase it from the same lady who was so rude.. I hope they get better sales people at there store especially one to replace rude Kate who sounded like she wanted to go off on me when on the phone because I asked to speak to manager. Read moreI wanted to make a purchase using a store in town instead of Amazon. The type of item I was interested in was one they could only order online. Instead of taking the time to help me find what I was looking for, I was told to look it up online and call back. After an hour of searching and reading reviews, I called back for pricing as I was instructed to do. I was told that the online item from there store was not actually one they could order and to look again. I looked again and I literally only found one online option that supposed could be ordered. It made me wonder why none of the three sales reps I spoke to could not take the time to simply tell me this during my first call. Instead, on my 3rd call, I was told I was behind all the other customers who were there before me. Totally disregarding the fact that I was in fact a current ongoing customer who they had abandoned. Hope you make all your in person sales today. My credit card was ready, but amazon is now one loft bed richer (it happened to be the first one I started looking at 4 hours ago). Super disappointed. I started calling furniture stores in dodge 2.5 hours ago. The best customer service I received, hands down, was Fergerson's. Ashley in Dodge: If a customer gives you honest feedback to help your customer service, accept it and apologize. We are all busy. The employees truly care about you and not trying to make money, they genuinely want to help you find what you need. They don’t rush you or pressure you like a used car salesman! The store is very clean and neat, accessible, and inviting. Bathrooms are always clean and someone always welcomes you in!
