Walgreens — Local services in Dodge City

I would give -5 stars if possible.

They have the worst hours. Closing at 6 is insane. I get off at 5:30 and have to rush to make it there n time to get my meds.

Also, being closed at n Saturday and Sunday is asinine. This is the best time that people are able to get their meds and they choose to close. Hey, we all need time off but some people can’t go a day or two without their medication. Because they are closed today (Sunday) I’m gonna be sick until they open at 10 am!!! Tomorrow. 😡

Someone needs to work on these hours here or I’m gonna have a find a new pharmacy. I am so angry and I know I’m not the only one to feel this way!!

Also, is it possible to find a pharmacist that can speak plain English?? I can’t understand a word this woman says.

I Walked in for flu/covid test and some OTC meds. I Asked if I needed an appointment, I was told no, then she walked away and young man came over to take my information. He seemed to be new and unsure of what to do. He was very polite. After about 10-15 minutes I was told to step behind the wall where someone would be with me shortly. Approximately 20 minutes later, no one had came over, and they were not busy at all. A woman came in with a container full of candy that they were looking over deciding what they wanted out of it and had not spoken to me. Walgreens is one of my favorite places to shop. I've never been to a walgreens that declines you to purchase what you have in your cart. I will not be returning to this store. If you do not want people to purchase things from your store put up a sign. It is deceitful to have false advertisements. That's also the word the store manager used to my husband and I for how we said people have to shop with their rule. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Do not recommend this...
