We bought a 3 piece couch set for our living room from one of the owners Jody and had a great experience. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and told us where everything was and gave us space to look around. We didn’t feel pressured or pestered by him. He was very friendly and patient with us the entire time and answered all of our questions about durability, financing, pet resistance and warranty. When the set was delivered the delivery men were kind enough to take our old couches to the basement for us but we did have issues with the fabric being torn on the main couch from warehouse delivery according to the delivery driver, the loveseat dust cover on the bottom was ripped as well but Brad the delivery driver went above and beyond and came back at the end of the day and patched it up. I am still currently waiting for a response from the owners/managers about my main couch fabric but so far I love the couch’s.

Update: from my experience the delivery scheduling was lacking. I was originally told it would be between 12-3 pm. Which worked for everything I had to get done that day. 12 rolls around and I get a phone call that it will be 4 at the earliest before they could get there. If there is a longer needed delivery window that should be stated at time of purchase so people can plan accordingly. I am only in town a short time and as far as weekends (their only delivery days) making that day my only option. Because of this I had to miss most of my nephews birthday party, one of the only reasons I was in town. It was very frustrating. The staff would educate you about which model you laid down on and talk about the healths benifits of each mattress my wife & I looked at, and ended up buying one of thier best models due to the excellent skills and salesmanship of their store manager Brad.
