Dollar General — Local services in Donegal Township

Clean, polite and decent staff. However teller speed and expecting someone to always be behind the register when you are ready to check out seems to be a common thing. I once stood there for almost 5 minuets before anyone came to check me out??? But other than that it is a clean, friendly and well stocked store. I just wish they had a bigger auto/hardware department since sprowls is no longer there and mom and pop shops cant survive now, they could atleast carry a little bit of merchandise that the stores they forced to close can't provide us with it no longer.... This is Amy Williams I'm using my daughter phone I went to Dollar general in claysville pa on August 1 2019 around 1-2pm I spent like 160 dollars my first time there at first I like it I was going on a trip I got alot of stuff my buggy was full in I heard some of the workers talking about me and when I got up to the register all the workers ran from I never felt so let down or disappointed at a store I wanted to cry that never happened to me before just because I had alot of stuff in my buggie I thought you was there to make money not lose money and the cashier told me she should of run to the bathroom to just like everyone else I gave her 5 dollar tip for doing because she stay hope everyone else...
